Founded in 1990, new science Interactive is
a consultancy providing IT support to moderate sized businesses.
We frequently act as the sole IT support for firms, but we can also be very effective supplemental support for firms that have in-house IT staff who are either swamped, or faced with problems outside their expertise.
Contact us for day-to-day consulting services, handling needs analysis, design, installation, testing, training, and network design and maintenance. We do disaster planning and recovery, backup systems, and server configuration.
We have a great deal of Mac expertise, both in the OS X and OS 9 (and earlier) worlds. XServes a specialty!
But we also have a great deal of experience in the world of Microsoft and Windows, and at making the two realms work together well.
And, these days, many networks also include at least some UNIX/Linux systems, which we also support.
But what about the "interActive" part of your name?
Over the years, customer requests provided an impetus to develop
quite a bit of expertise in multimedia design, animation, programming, and production.
We love to explain things, and have fun explaining things, and seeing the light
dawn in someones eyes as they "get it" from the way we told the story.
With many years of experience in the creation of multimedia kiosks, demo disks,
and software, for the purposes of marketing, training, or education, new
science InterActive specializes in explaining complex technical, medical,
or scientific issues. We apply these to any appropriate medium, be it DVD-ROM,
CD-ROM, Web site, kiosk, or custom memory stick. We also have a great deal of
experience in tradeshow support of IT and multimedia projects.
